Exelent art, I see no flaws on the card, but I don't think that it should be promo, but that's just my opinion.

Well "active" in the Body needs to be capitalized. "benched" in the first attack needs to be capitalized (both times). And no retreat cost for Wailord seems quite low.

The EX next to Wailord's name looks wierd. i think it needs to be a couple more pixels to the left. All in all a nice card. 9/10.
