no.... those attacks aren't going to work so well.
For one thing, paying attention to a Pokemon's base stats is pretty much the fundementals. For example, you suggested Shadow Ball Alakazam. Take a look at its stats:
Attack: 50
Sp.Attack: 135
see the difference? Go with Sp.Attacks for Alakazam.
And don't overlap attacks. The Pikachu you gave knows Thunder AND Volt Tackle. Both are Electric attacks that do damage on contact, so only one is needed. But when you look at Pikachu's defenses, if Thunder/Volt Tackle misses, Pikachu's most likely going to suffer. That's why Thunderbolt is the best choice.
Now, teaching a Pokemon an attack like Frenzy Plant/Hydro Cannon isn't that good either. Why? Well, when you use that attack, you have to recharge. There's nothing you can do. Can't switch out, can't counter, etc. A reliable, powerful attack is good. (like Surf/Razor Leaf)
anyways, Don't teach your Ivysaur/Venusaur Solar Beam. Wastes a turn.
