Walrein shouldnt waste time with snore, it is a very weak attack and Walrein should focus in special attacks. About relaxed, if you dont use snore give bold instead, it reduces attack and raise defence. Encore is pretty cool to stall, like forcing the foe to repeaed the ice beam he did against Walrein..lovely. Hope it helps.
