Only if it is legal, also you might want to remove that link in your signature since it advertising an illegal manga hosting site.
Again only if it is legal, currently at the moment there isn't a legal means to read them on line.

Not really. It makes the volumes easier to read, but the author and artist get nothing out of those manga websites. It's illegal to publish scanned pictures of manga pages on a website, but the viewers don't get the blame. It's more fair to buy the manga before you read it online rather than not paying for the manga at all. If you already read some manga online, you might want to buy some volumes to support the author and artist.
