Want Shiny Charzard

This is for a low leveled charzard but I would rather have a charmander.

My offer is: Level 100 Wobbuffet and and level 100 Dusknoir.

Wobbuffet knows:
Safeguard
Mirror Coat
Destiny Bond

Dusknoir knows:
Blizzard
Shadow Punch
Dark Pulse
Earthquake
