Golem
Could roll really fast down hills, and then smash into tanks and buildings!
These guys are like, soooo heavy, and they a round, so they should be able to kill stuff
Move used: Rollout
Mr. Mime, Mime Jnr.
They could build massive invisible walls so that their guys were protected from bullets/explosions/random flying cows
Reason... um.. they were MADE for their Barrier Attack!
Move used: Light Screen, Reflect, Barrier
Oh, they could get millions of
Exeggutor
They would keep on using barrage, and millions and millions of Barrages coming from thousands of Exggutors would certainly keep foot soldiers on their toes, at the very least!
Move: Barrage
Scyther, Scizor
They could fly around really fast, using agility and quick attack, and scizor could cut vehicles in half, while protecting fast scyther, who cuts soft things, like enemy pokemon, or human flesh.
Move used: Quick Attack, Agility, Slash, Cut.
Chansey/Blissey
They could protect soldiers from Special attacks, like a wave of telekinesis,
and then feed wounded soldiers their eggs, to heal them, and so that they could continue fighting
Moves used: First Auid, Light Screen, Softboiled.
Skarmory:
Skarmory could hold pokemon thta can't fly in their talons, one big r two small, and then drop them off places they are needed, whilst shielding them from bullets with their cool wings.
They could also hold psychic pokemon like Gardevoir (who I imagine to not be too heavy)
and they could use Skarmory to Protect it from physical attacks, while doing physical attacks itself, while the Gardevoir is protecting from Special attacks, and doing Sp. Attacks itself.

Alakazam, Gardevoir,
They could control the minds of others, breaking them, and drive them insane, thus rendering them helpless
Moves used: Confusion, psychic, Psywave, Telekinises (to push away the broken peoples)
Gengar, Sableye, Umbreon
They could stealth and then take out key targets, like the power generator, or the general of the army, because Ghosts can go invisible, and Umbreon, I'm pretty sure would have some stealth, even if it has to do it under the cover of thief.
Moves: Thief, and Phase Shift (what I call it when ghosts change)
Pokemon with Trick, +Shedinja
This is a cool strategy! Trick the target into looking at the back of Shedinja=goodbye soul! (read the pokedex entry for clarification, but it says that anyone that looks into the hollow of Shedinja's back will get their soul sucked out.
Moves used: trick
Pokemon: Absol
Absol is the disaster pokemon, and some people believe that they can cause natural disasters, while others say they merely predict them.
Either way, it would be useful.
Moves: Prediction *off topic, Prediction is a move I want Absol to have, that lets it have a 75% chance of dodging the next move, if it's gust, whirlwind, earthquake, whirlpool, eruption, surf, etc.*
Machamp
They could use Machamp to throw tanks into each other, Hulk Style, and stuff like that, and also they could take care of any walls, boulders in the way.
Moves: Seismic Toss, Strength, Cross Chop
Bulbasaur/vinewhippers
These pokemon could use their vines to throw enemies away, to rescue troops fallen into crevasses, to help soldiers climb up buildings, etc.
Moves: Vinewhip
Leechseeders
All leechseeders could launch their seeds at power generators and people, and they would lose all of their energy.
Move: leech Seed
