Was Igglybuff ever in the anime?

I was just going through in my head of pokemon in the anime, and I can remeber them all except Igglybuff, I know i have seen ever poke in the anime but Igglybuff, can someone Tell me what episode it was in, it was never pokemon of the week so i cant check there.
