Well we won't know, so why care of even think about it. Focus on D/P, or the recent games, rather than 2 years into the future.

But Water Blue and Thunder Yellow might be remakes of Johto.

Yellow and Blue weren't for Johto. Unless they do something stupid like Pretty Crystal or Shiny Silver they won't make any more remakes. As someone else said, 7 Kanto games is enough, and the 2nd gen Johto wasn't as popular as Ruby or Sapphire or such. This is going to get closed pretty soon.
