um..how exactly do swampert and feraligatr get recover and gyarados get rockslide?

Maybe give Gyarados Return/HP Flying/EQ etc to benefit from DD..

You might want some team members to better resist grass and electric types though..

Lanturn could be helpful with its Volt Absorb ability

-Thunderbolt/Thunder (since you have Kyogre as well)
-Surf
-Confuse Ray
-Something...

or Kingdra with its wonderful Dragon type resistances

Ludicolo is a great annoyer unless your opponent has Rapid Spin.

I'd recommend Ludicolo over Lanturn as well. It has better Defense/Sp.Def. as well as a resistance to EQ... I don't recall ever taking out a Ludicolo in 1 hit, but Lanturns crumble to a powerful Dig or Mudshot, let alone EQ.
