Water Type Face-off

It's a new water pokemon face-off. The rules are simple.

1.) There will be 5 rounds, each including 2 pokemon in them. Please do not ask for more rounds.
2.) Serebii rules apply. Please follow them.
3.) Please do not tally the votes. I will tally them myself.
4.) You may post once every 2 hours in the first rounds, once every hour in the second, and once every 30 minutes for the final.
5.) No doubles/triple heals or hurts. Only singles please.
