Banette isn't dark. But both suck, Octillary>Banette IMO.

ROFL, Banette ain't dark(like what the others said), maybe you meant Sableye? It's not on the list...I like Sableye T.T. Anyways...........I vote for Octillery....because I don't like Banette that much.

I believe you meant he isn't Dark. But if you do in fact mean he isn't Ghost you're wrong.
