I really like that card. Manaphy is such a cute pokemon ^_^ I think that Manaphy is a good dub name for it. Great job ^^ 9.5/10

According to latest news, 'Manaphy' is currently the correct international spelling, and not the previous 'Manafi'
I suppose the poke-power is alright. HP (assuming it doesn't evolve) should be okay, if it is a weaker-rare pokemon (e.g. jirachi, celebi etc.) The attack, however, disturbs me.
If it is a Delta Pokemon, I think that it shouldn't have anything to do with Holon, unless you put it in a Holon deck, which might in the end look VERY weird in the deck (ever had the experience that you were left out in any group/class activities?)
Thus, I think that you should give it more Delta aattacks, like you can make it like 'You may discard any number of Pokemon with Delta in its name from your hand into your deck. This attack does 10 damage plus 20 damage you discard in this way. You can't do more than 50/70 (ZoraJolteon's choice) damage in this way.' Or something like that.
I would give it a 7/10. Mind the text font! ;351-i;

Ah yes. Another perfect card almost. I basically agree with all the above statements. Keep up the good work Sak. 7/10. It just looks weird.
