    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

A New Week, A New Contest!​

Theme: Smash

Medium: Banner (468x100 or 320x146)

With a new WBC and new rules, we reopen with the theme as above, and it's a fairly obvious theme, but I hope you all enjoy finding ways to make it your own. The new rules are as follows:

As of last week and for all future weeks. When voting on the entries, you must give a critique that explains your point of view and why you chose one person over another person. We will be watching to make sure your critique is not "Coz I liek himz kthanxbai" and more along the lines of "I really enjoyed the highlight you gave to X, it really contrasts the Y behind it", etc etc. Tell everyone how you viewed the entries and therefore why you eventually decided on which entry was the better of them all. This way we can all understand where people view images form and how to make them better for the coming weeks.

When I have time, I will rewrite the Rules for the WBC to reflect this major change to the voting system. But for now, I shall assume that you have all read what I have just typed and you will therefore be putting your thinking caps on when writing up the critiques for the voting threads. Thanks for you cooperation, and hear's to the future of the WBC on SPPf!

I think the text on the banner with the picture is pretty self explanitory; sometimes it can only take one time, and one event to break your heart, and then you feel it's unrepairable. I just wanted to avoid Super Smash like the plague XD.

Reiterating form the poll thread for last week - if you feel you need to explain your entry, one or two sentences should be enough. And by explain, I mean make it relate to the theme so people see how you interpretted it.

Well, If you look closely at mine, you can see that it's a heart with a crack in it. This indicates a broken heart, which happens when dreams are crushed, or in other words, smashed . That's how I interpretted it.
