Web Site Layout and new sigs.

I've been making a Web Site layout for a contest and this is what I've come up with so far. I'm looking for either critiques or suggestions though I always accept praise if it's rightfully earned.

MD Layout

It's linked because it's 900x900.

Here's some of my latest sigs though nothing really good since I'm saving 4 in prticular for nex months contest.

I don't like how this one came out but I'll post anyway.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2. If you don't have it you can go to the Adobe website, sign up and download a free trial version (which is good since the program costs around $800 depending on the computer).
