Weird Budew

Hello,

I have a small problem with my Budew.
Budews evolving with happiness during the day.
Well, my Budew is now in level 23 and has two hearts (i just trained him) and he is still not a Roselia!!! ;315;

Please help me!!!

Are they two small hearts, or are they two big hearts?? I think that Budew has to have two big hearts to evlove, because my pokemon have had two small hearts and not evolved.

God, just keep going at it. It'll evolve eventually.

Yeah they need to be big hearts to gain max friendliness.

Two big hearts = max happiness. Tag it with a Soothe Bell and walk around for about 256+ steps. More info here.

And where do you get a soothe bell?

Do the hearts pulsate and become bigger when you hold your stylus on the Budew sprite? If not, then it isn't happy enough to evolve.

You need two big hearts that enlarge so that you can make your Budew evolve, and when it does, train it during the day. When it levels up, you got a Roselia! \/
