weird dream

ages ago (around the time of red/blue) i had a strange dream. i was playing my red version then i found an undiscovered pokemon in mt. moon. looked sort of like an easter island statue. but then something disturbing came up...

i found a pkmn in the tall grass west of cerulean city. it looked EXACTLY like Jirachi. ok, maybe not exactly. but the shape was so similar. AND THIS WAS IN THE TIME OF R/B!!! did i just look into the future or sumthin'?

Then, last year i saw jirachi for the first time in a magazine. then i thought ...... WTF? i've seen this before! and i only just realized this now. maybe the weird statue thingy will turn up sometime in the future...

or this can all be a form of anamnesis.

Hey maybe you saw Nosepass huh? But the werent so similar but Nosepass really look a little like a easter island statue

wow. you think thats scary? i kept predicting that azumarill will get a baby form and that there will be two new electric pokemon that closely resembles pikachu, and that was just from day dreaming. (dont ask)

but, it is pretty scary when it happens....

I had a six month streak of predicting things happening just before they did ^^

Go me.

And cool, as the person dar above said, maybe it was a nosepass, I don't think that Jirachi looks like an easter island statue... unless I've mis-understood completly.

Strange things have happened on my mum's side of the family.

BTW he said he saw the Easter Island-like statue (Nosepass) in Mt. Moon, then Jirachi lookalike west of Cerulean City.

Wow.... I used to have deja vu all the time. A week before I even knew what Pokemon was, I had a dream about Pikachu, Togepi, and Bulbasaur. That was back when I was eight.

Myoga93: You might be psychic. One of the Psychics in Ruby and Sapphire said that everyone has psychic powers, it's just that we've forgotten how to use them.

Read the damn rules, they're the first thread of the forum - hardly easy to miss.

Why do people think they're psychic? What a damn coincidence, we have six psychics all posting on one thread in a Pokemon forum. Strange that, considering the rarity of real psychics.

Déja vu is not a psychic dream. At all. It is a moment where one eye registers all around it moments before the second eye. By the time the second eye sees everything, you think you've seen it before. You have, about a millisecond ago, not in a dream.

On topic, the imagination is an amazing thing, it can do and imagine so much. Perhaps you did see a Jirachi look-alike, its possible, but its so, so unlikely. I highly doubt an Easter statue-like Pokemon will appear also. Besides, if you say you saw this Pokemon in the time period that you did, not only is it very strange that you can remember that dream when you saw Jirachi for real (years on from R/B), but your mind will have most likely distorted it from then, to your liking. However, if it was familiar, then I definately belive that you did see a Jirachi look-alike.

And hey, if I'm wrong about the Easter statue not becoming a Pokemon, feel free to quote me and proove me wrong if one is actually released.
