Not quite a move, but why are Drapion and Archeops in þe Water 3 egg group? How are þey aquatic invertebrates in any way?
Sea scorpions and coastal pteros?

Chewtle and Dredmaw (Water and Water/Rock) can learn Jaw Lock, a Dark move. Anyone here thinks that any Pokémon with Bite, Crunch and other biting move should be able to learn this? Some canines are trained to lock jaw... or are really stubborn to let go of something :p

Except, locking down your jaw for anyone/anything else is not nearly the same as an alligator snapping turtle's "lock jaw"

Charmander learns wing attack
It's specific to Charizard moveset. not Charmander. Still it's a one of these locked move level 1 moves needing move reminder and even then it's not a particularly strong move at all when the Reminders are late in the game.

Why does that even exist?

So... how does it make sense Tauros gets Fire Blast and Flamethrower, but not Flame Charge, when he gets T-Bolt, Thunder and Wild Charge?

As dumb as it might sound, several birds of prey swallow pebbles/small rocks to help digesting their preys... and then cough them out. While Toucannon has Smack Down, I feel like Pokémon like Noctowl and Braviary should learn this.

Pyroar... doesn't learn Bite, Scratch, Fury Swipe, Slash, Night Slash and whatnot o_O

Silvally... feels like it should learn Weather Ball, Tri Attack, Hidden Power, Nature Power and any move that either have random effects or change according to other effects.

Mind Reader... should be learned by 99% of Psychic-type, since y'know, that's what they can ALL do :p

Maybe to keep in line with what moves certain types are missing, Water lacks a "Bubble Bomb", like a Water-type Seed Bomb, but in the shape of forcefully throwing a water balloon :p Imagine Blastoise lobbing a watery cannonball at you. That... or bump Water Pulse to 80 Attack...

Just learned that helioptile can't learn solar beam at all, while heliolisk wasn't able to until gen 8, and still can't learn it by level up. Seems pretty bizarre these solar-panel pokémon of all pokémon can't use solar energy to fire a beam naturally.

But Silvally DOES get access to Hidden Power in Gen VII. The move was cut in Gen VIII.

I suspect at the very least Torterra will get it in future games. I wouldn't say any pokemon with bite, cruch and similar biting moves but i wouldn't be opposed to certain canine and other pokemon who have intensely strong jaws.

Aerodactyl should be able to learn Head Smash, as its Rock Head ability is now pretty much useless (Take Down is an awful move).
Minior should be able to learn Earth Power, since many Rock-types get it (and often lack Special Attack to use it well).

Agreed it really should be able to advantage of that ability and if Mega Evolution comes back it really should also have at least one rock type move that works with tough claws.

I'm also surprised Golem doesn't get Head Smash to take advantage of Rock head. Even if only as an egg move.

Silvally does get Tri Attack. Even in gen 8.

That might have been mentioned, but...
  1. Venusaur should learn one or 2 offensive Poison moves while leveling.
  2. Feraligatr should learn Jaw Lock, being, y'know, the Big Jaw Pokémon :p
  3. Delphox should learn Thunderbolt, Thunder, Ice Beam, Blizzard and Energy Ball.
  4. Decidueye should learn Wing Attack.

Why? Nothing about it is electric, or ice. It's a fire type, why would it get ice moves? Makes no sense.
Primarina should learn Water Pulse.
It can already learn that... and Bubblebeam is stronger anyway.
Incineroar should learn Crunch.
It can already learn that, and Darkest Lariat is better anyway.
