whenever i try and go to the RPG center, it says were experiencing technical difficulties.
this also happen when i try and go to the Multimedia Center.

Do you know whats going on?

I get it too at times, but it only lasts for a short time. The pages should come back up if you either: A.) Refresh, B.) Go to another website, then retype the URL and come directly back, or C.) Wait for a while, then come back.

There's not much you can do, as it's a problem with the website itself, and not your computer. Once its brought to Serebii's attention, it should be handled accordingly, aside from that, just wait.
