Okay, so I applied these changes. I need to learn how to predict better, but overall I like the general format of this team, though I kind of want some set damage on it since Sub gives me issues.

Lead with zapdos or milo imo.

I prefer stalklax considering curselax can only really be pulled off effectively when used at the end of a battle as there are too many counter for it (well phazers anyway). Also, you'll benefit from something that takes sleep. Or you could go for STalk hera. All down to choice really. Hell even STalk milo D:
