well... this is what I thought about legends.

God Created universe
but there had to be something to balance such void created
then god created an almost god being, Aruseus.
the universe was just a void, then aruseus created Space and Time.
the balance of Space and time was took from him, creating Parukia and Diaruga.
Then God created all in the universe (things, the universe was already there)
but was only energy, and matter.
then there had to be something within all that creation, aruseus created the trio, as a balance to keep sealed the energy, and mew, containing all genetic info of upcoming beings.( also, I think mew looks similar to the trio, except for the split tail)
then aruseus using the mew genetic information, began to make living beings.
but as there was balance in things, there had to be balance in everything, so everything was split in two things.
Light and Darkness, Time and Space, Reality and Dreams...
also In the paradise, there was earth and water.
But things were not there self-standing
so god-like beings were created to control/possess the continous flow and existence of things.
So there Parukia, controlling space, created phisical beings, for control phisical things, there came Rayquaza controlling the Sky, Groudon controlling Earth, Kyogre controlling Water, but there was conflict between these, so they were kept asleep during all the eternity, with items (the orbs) that unlocks their power and awakens them...
and Diaruga, Trascending in time, created Jirachi (the wish maker) and Celebi (which is the spirit of the forests, time traveler, ...)
But there had to be guardians of the powers so
At The Light/Heat/sky, Ho-oh created the legendary dogs, as keepers of his power, to keep running everytime, and to show up when a crisis involving the power of legends comes up...
and at the Dark/Ocean/cold lugia appeared, creating the trio of birds, with the same duty than the dogs, but in the skies...
but lugia began to get involved with humans, creatures created by god, and used the power to create personifications of Lugia in humans, so lugia's male side become Latios, and lugia's Female side become latias, legendary beings who can turn themselves into humans and live within them.


well thats my theory on how legends was created.
but may be absolutely wrong, since it was made purely on personal thoughts, not involving almost any real fact.

What we do know about the Pokemon mythos of Shinou is this:

At first there was nothing.
Along came Aruseus, a God with unlimited power out of the emptiness.
He created the Universe using his 1000 arms.
Next, Aruseus created two new entities from himself, Parukia and Dialga. They are all one and the same (or something like that).
Next, Aruseus created the Psychic trio, to control his two new powerful creations.
Using the power of Parukia and Dialga, as well as the Trio, Aruseus created the world.

All this information is derived from Aruseus' Pokedex data, as well as the information you get from the plates. Big thanks go to Coronis, for providing those translations.

Also, I am interested. Do only the people of Shinou believe this, or is it the main belief system for the whole Pokemon world? If so, do the people of Hoenn believe Rayquaza, Kyogre and Groudon are children of Aruseus? I must say, I find it interesting that GF gave the world of Pokemon it's own myths and beliefs, breaths a whole new life into the games.

"3 strong and brave dog pokemon died in a burning tower trying to save the peple and pokemn and they gave there lives.ho-oh was verry impresses and proud andand it brought the three back to life as the three legendary dogs they are today.""

dont you think MEW looks lot alike the split tail trio?

the only exception Is that mew has 1 complete tail, the trio has the tail split in half..

and also, pokemon cant say aruseus created the universe alone or was the first thing existing... or religious could go mad...
so they'd have to accept there was first god, god created aruseus (he could be god's pet) then god created universe (the whole void but with nothing on it), then aruseus created all things IN universe not the universe...
Diaruga is TIME Parukia is SPACE they are supposed to be in different dimensions than ours and the trio makes a seal to kept them locked away...
Also, since deoxys is mutated DNA, it could be that while aruseus power was using mew's dna something weird happened and that make deoxys to born...
or that some part of the original dna (mew has all the dna of living beings, can transform into anything, and Deoxys can change its shape, not like ditto or mew, but can do lots of molecular changes) was left floating in space and some gamma or space radiation made it mutate...

and the thing that diaruga was involved in celebi/jirachi creation/or their powers is posible since their powers trascend in time (jirachi's wishes, jirachi's longevity, celebii's time travel, celebii's nature spirit) and Parukia somehow gave powers or created Ho-oh/lugia because they are things that trascend in SPACE (ho-oh=light, heat, sky, heavens) (Lugia= night, dark, ocean, storm)
also... parukia looks alot like lugia (somehow...)

and the dogs are like I said, ho-oh keepers, that run always, and appear when something weird happens... same for the birds to lugia...
or the trio to diargua/parukia
but diaruga/parukia are aruseus, only that aruseus took them from inside him to rule over SPACE/TIME

I dont know how aruseus will be introduced in anime story... (maybe, ash's dad??? )

also, why pikachu is so special...


EDIT: the more than 20 celebii is true, but there is only 1 celebii at a certain moment... the pokemon4ever thing was that celebiis from other time/spaces came to help the dying celebii after that they returned to their times/dimensions (remember than there is not just 1 dimension, there are multiple dimensions, like the uknown dimension, the dimension where parukia/Diaruga resides, and lots of different dimensions with different possible history line or different things, since most things came from the chance of interaction of subatomic particles, that never will be the same, when you have to make a choice there is an interaction of you with your environment and how you could affect it, so lets say when you make a choice 2 parallel lines are created, the interaction by a way you choosed, and the interaction in the way you didnt choosed at this time but you choosed at somewhere else)


EDIT 2:Aswell Hiidoran could be the avatar/material being of the volcanoes, manafi the sea, Regirock Dessert and valleys, Regice the poles, Registeel earth's core and metal/steel, celebii the longevity of the forest/nature spirit, groudon the whole earth and heat/light coming from it, kyogre the whole sea, ocean and the darkness or cold coming from it, ho-oh the skyes, lugia the deep ocean , all making the whole planet earth

for people , and pokemons, jirachi is the light within us (the power of wishes), mew is our DNA, Darkrai our fears and darkness, Sheimi the peace, Rayquaza could be the sky aswell our limits, Deoxys could be the multiple shapes or forms we take on our life (possibly literally), aruseus could be *god* (or gods pet) darkrai again could be devil....

Actually, they can, it's just a story, set in another world for that matter. If the people in this world want to believe that the world and everything was created by Aruseus, there'd be nothing stopping them from doing so. It's their belief after all.

Overly religious activists have already went mad and attacked Pokemon. And diablocon is right, works of fiction are exactly that. If you are offended by fictional stories having fictional gods or fictional supernatural beings then you're going to be very limited in the types of games you can play, or movies you can watch. It would be a say day when Star Wars needs to run a disclaimer before each film saying "God created the the Force, and all characters in this film using the Force are prophets doing His work. Kewl but you forgot the rgis. I read somewhere (i think wikipedia) that some pokefans say that the regis represent different periods in earths history.

personally, i think game freak made a BIG mistake in creating aruseus and naming it a "god" pokemon as i think this has/will offend many people (including myself) this god pokemon has made pokemon so complex and hard to understand and is going to far into religion and stuff. Parents after finding out about aruseus are going to complain and not allow their children to play pokemon if they are strict about religion. i DO like aruseus but naming it a god pokemon is going way to far. (this is just my opinion)

He is never named the God Pokemon. He is classified as the Creation Pokemon.

And how is it making it complex? All it says is that he created everything. It never even states that there is a religion based on him.

I agree with what diablocon said. This is what I would add: Then, after the world was created, Diaruga and Parukia, because thay were almost as powerful as Aruseus were put away for eternity. Soon after Mew came to be. Then Unown. Soon after the Mew started to evolve into all the pokemon you see now(except the legendary beasts and the made-made Pokemon like Porygon and Voltorb). What do you think?

I don't find anything offensive about it, I mean it's a fictional world, If that offends you then you think to highly of these games (or any game really) and should take it down a notch. To be offended by fictional creations in a fictional world is sad. I mean, even if the pokedex said "God pokemon" it's just that a pokemon which is to say, something made up by people in japan in a studio going "how are we going to make money next?" not people in a studio stroking their beards (although i suppose they could do that) and laughing manically about how they're going to corrupt our youth next. I think people give these people to much credit sometimes >_> /rant off

It doesnt make it complex ,it makes it more simple ,cause now we know the origin and know how the pokemon world was created and we needed that.
And you know what my opinion is that yours sucks. Aruseus is a GOD pokemon just like palkia and dialga and the trio. Simple as that. If parents wont allow their kids to play pokemon than that is their problem and their loss. however I hope that the FBI will take note on such parents and kids like you ,cause you are extrimist who want to place your backward views and religion on somebody else. And this is the kind of behavior and stupidness that creates terrorsim and therefore needs to be stopt.

When Aruseus created the world, he combined his forces with Dialga and Palkia to create a world, as well with some yet unrevealed legends that control Matter/Energy/Dimension. In that, he created Mew to be the ancestor of all, and the pixies after creating the first nonlegendary being. Groudon and kyogre shaped the earth, and Rayquaza patrolled the sky. However, a massive fight broke out, and the young Earth's instablity cracked from it's massive size and pices flew to what we call the Solar System. Rayquaza descended and calmed K & G down. To mark the first death of a pokemon, Aruseus created Giradina, who protected the dead. However, Aruseus' powers started to fly incontrollably, as it clashes wtih Giradina, after both had different opinions of the world. The battle created Darkrai and Kureseria, who resembles Ying and Yang. The unrevealed legends became active and sealed Giradina in an ancient land, soon to be a graveyard. They also sealed Aruseus in the beginning dimension to maintain world balance. Some pieces from the Kyogre and Groudon battle created Regigigas, who was dormant until an imbalance occured in the earth's core, causing Regigigas to separate Pangaea. Ho-oh and Lugia are then created to contain the power of the sky and sea, and the three legendary animals to take a share. Latios and Latias were born in a mutant Lugia gene to inspire the world of airplane technology. Dialga used Darkrai as a magnifying glass to create Jirachi, and Palkia created Manaphy and Sheimi for the heck of it. As the ages go, the Regis are formed to mark ages in history, and finally, in the year 3003 (A.D), Celebi was created by Dialga as his loyal servant and a lucky token to people who see it. Celebi was smart, however, and cloned itself before going into the past.

And you shouldn't compare religion to fantasy theory and Pokemon. It makes things *very* complicated.

Your religion is just as much FICTION as pokemon is and pokemon is even better btw I enjoy that A whole lot more thank you!!
