bibaril for cut/rock smash/strength/rock climb
got my Empoleon for Surf. I gave him waterfall but then just unlearn it later.
and lol at defog.

Heres my perfect combo, all 8 HMs:

Tropius - fly, defog, strength, rock smash

Bibarel - cut, surf, rock climb, waterfall

it's the 4x weakness to ice on tropius that makes me use skarmory - still, i agree that using 2 to dump the HM's on is the best idea - it leaves 4 slots for decent pokemon - well, 3 for me as i use meowth (pickup & payday / dig / thief / flash)
