What about my metagross? (RMT)

A pretty straight forward team I'm using. It's main focus is to mantain an offensive position.

It looks like this!

Weavile @ Focus Sash
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly
- Aerial Ace
- Brick Break
- Ice Shard
- Pursuit

I love this lead because it's good against almost everything...but im not sure if I should use CB instead of Focus Sash.

Dragonite @ Choice Specs
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Surf

almost the same as Specsmence but in dragonite...standard I think? Maybe removing surf for eathquake or something like that?

Pysical wall, yet he mantains a offensive moveset...standard.

- Hammer Arm

The trick with him? being as slow as possbile to be able to use Gyro Ball. Maybe changing his nature to relaxed so it can be more durable.

Lil' Rotom always saves me. He had HP (Ground) but that didnt help that much, Sho I went fot Shadow Ball. And T-Wave>WoW because my team some speed.

Weavile does not really make a great lead. Most leads have some way to set up the field - all weavile does is attack. Try putting metagross up front as the lead and get those stealth rocks up early. Aerial ace has little converage; replace it with stone edge on gliscor and with something else, perhaps night slash, ice punch or swords dance on weavile.

Fake Out to break Sashes. Taunt to prevent entry hazards. Counter as they'll be forced to Attack after Taunt, boom they're dead. Requires good prediction though. Night Slash Ice Punch are so you have atleast one form of Attack. Personally I'd have Ice Punch so you can deal with Roserade and Aerodactyl.

Your current Weavile is rubbish. Most leads are Physically bulky and laugh at Weavile. Aeriel Ace also does nothing for Weavile. And Low Kick>Brick Break.

Give weavile the anti lead set shown above. Your rotom EVs seem more suitable as a scarfer with trick over t-wave. Explosion/t-punch/ice punch over hammer arm on metagross as hammer arm doesn't do much. Aerial ace sucks so give gliscor taunt/ SR and maybe take SR out of metagross and put agility etc. The problem with dragonite is written - specs mence but worse.
