I began watching three new anime this week out of sheer curiosity: Oushitsu Kyoushi Haine, Cinderella Girls Gekijou and Frame Arms Girl. I also caught up on Little Witch Academia, Onihei, Kirakira Precure A La Mode, Digimon Universe, One Piece and Shingeki no Kyojin.

Berserk had a really slow start for me, but man once it got about halfway into the series I was hooked. It really knows how to tell a story and get you to become emotionally attached to characters. I went and skipped the first two movies for now just cause they're re-tellings, but the third one added some more at the end that the anime skipped over. Can't wait to start the next season and hopefully catch up soon.

I caught up with One Piece, Shingeki no Kyojin, Yowamushi Pedal, Boruto, Aikatsu Stars!, Berserk and Seikaisuru Kado earlier today. I also began watching Kabukibu!, Idol Time PriPara and Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai this week. :3

I watched some newer anime this week including Love Kome, Sakura Quest, Kenka Banchou Otome and Oushitsu Kyoushi Haine, then I watched some ongoing series like Boruto, Yowamushi Pedal, Kirakira Precure, Aikatsu Stars!, the Ao no Exorcist OVA and Little Witch Academia.

Watching Shingeki! Kyojin Chuugakkou (Attack on Titan: Junior High). It's sort of a parody/fan-service spin-off to AoT. I'm enjoying it a lot with the amount of slapstick that is going on, I find it hilarious to be honest.

I've not kept up with AoT S2, just the general ending of episodes so I don't spoil things for my non-manga reading friends. Looking forward to what Summer 2017 can offer.

..... I watched a lot more anime over these last couple weeks than I should have when I should have been studying for finals in college. *shrugs*


Attack on Titan season 2 could not have done that latest episode any better, oh my god. It's been awhile since I read that part in the manga, but wow it was equally ridiculous and intense and perfect as I remember it.

Aside from Hero Academia S2 and AoT S2 being being the obvious "I'm gonna enjoys these the most" this season, I gotta give a special shout out to Anonymous Noise, it's surprisingly really good. The music is my jam, the characters are well designed, and the story is interesting so far. I'm looking forward to seeing where it'll lead (and Yuzu is the better choice than Momo, just sayin').

Just started Serial Experiments Lain. It's... It's really weird. I keep meaning to start watching Re:Creators and My Hero Acadamia too, but the allure of old anime is too strong!

A few days ago I decided to watch Symphogear, in fact I'm currently on ep.10 of GX. This is a bit late, but I love how over the top it is; GX alone starts off with Hibiki supplexing a space shuttle just to save a village. And that was after they blew a hole in K2 just because it was in the way. It's not the best anime, but it's a fun watch.
The ost is also as hype as I've been told. My favourite songs* are a tie between Waikyou Shenshoujing and Bye-Bye Lullaby. Chris is best girl, but I love the entire cast.

...Although, G and GX's transformations are a bit too fanservicy imo. It's very jarring when compared to the original sequence's silhouettes. I hope it's toned down in AXZ.

So lets see... It took me 2 and a half years to finish Asobi ni Iku yo, almost 4 years to start season 2 of Baka to Test, and 3 years to complete Evangelion. It feels really nice to actually complete some series, although technically I'm not done with Evangelion until I see all the movies... Hopefully over summer break I'll actually finish some more series, I have lots of "season 2s" I've either started and never finished or haven't got around to yet.

Recently got into Overlord, which looks like SA:O done right so far. I understand that a second season was confirmed as well after a few years, so I'm glad I just started to watch it now.
