What annoys you most about Pokemon games/anime/manga?

What things that are in the anime/manga but not in the games or in the games, but not in the anime/manga do you wish would be changed?

Personally, I think its kinda dumb that the 'beat the game' thing in each of the pokemon games(non-gc games anyway) is to beat the Elite Four, which is opposed to the anime/manga where Ash and co. just go onto the regions league to battle against other trainers who have made it thus far.

Why cant we have a 'pokemon league' in the game?

Also, yes, Ash has met a few members of the E4, but do you think he ever will battle them, as we do in the games?

^ Same with me, maybe on DP Wifi some people could set up a league tourny.

What can't there be a victory tournament and preliminalires before the E4

I don't like how in the show it isn't turnbased but in the game you have to take turns. I wish the game sould be like the show in how you could tell it when to dodge or how to maneuver around the field and use it's advantages. I think Nintendo could do this if they really tried and put it on the Wii. I also think it would be awesome if you were literally in a WORLD of pokemon and you just travel around fighting and catching pokemon and just ran into different towns.

If they did make the games like the show, as far as battling, it'd become too easy. People would master it, and dodge every single attack then and it'd just be a war of struggles that continually miss.

I was always just generally annoyed at Ash's mannorisms, like how lhe released his Charizard, Squirtle, Primeape, Butterfree, Pidgeot, and probably a few others. And how he never changes his party either, except in the league battles. Krabby was with Oak since he got his 2nd badge, and didn't use him until the league. Same goes for Muk, but much later. And he always catches normal/flying types too, and seldom uses them. Pidgeotto was used in almost every early episode and just dissappeared by the 2nd gym.

Though my least favorite event throughout all of pokemon was when Jesse & James released Weezing & Arbok. They were so cool. :(

Another one of mine is that there are only the eight gyms in each region. In the show, at least in the Kanto episodes, this was not so. I remember at least a few eps with Ash comparing badges with people, and they had badges completely different from him. I understand, for game reasons and the limited numbers of options and the programming, but I think this is something that could be fixed with the Wii.

I would like to see mroe thn 8 gyms in an area, so you have more options, you dont have to beat each one in a certain order to get to the league, etc.

theres should really be more gyms, like 16, the game is way too short with only 8 gyms, and you shouldnt have to trade for other pokemon, you should be able to catch all of the them in one game!!! :(

About the Anime? Everything! Like Ash (Satoshi!) for example; I don't give a damn about him and his stupid adventures.

And all the "shippings". Don't get me started on them...

I also hate the way it's made everyone believe that Pokemon games are stupid and kiddy...

The thing that annoys me most is that the only real difference between parallel versions is the pokemon available. It'd be better if they had different plots and regions too. (Like, for example, FireRed and Sapphire)

I like pie.
the one thing that bothers me most is the near impossibility of filling your pokedex. what friend is going to restart his game multiple times so you can get 3 starters? very few unless you offer them a ton of legendaries and shinies.

The Master...
My big problem is that in the anime they are so many towns/vilages/cities
in each season but in the game there is only about 10

Hm ... Ash's voice annoys me.

You don't meet as many people and there is not enough wild pokemon -_-

1) Team Rocket - Let them actually steal a frickin' pokemon from someone.

2) Ash dropping pokemon - I mean come on, you drop Pidgeot?! You let Squirtle be in the fire brigade?! You let Butterfree so he can have some poon?? (Okay, Butterfree I can allow because that's what animals do)

3) More mini-villages, atleast make them useful, not just little dots in the map, like Pacifidlog <sp?>

4) I want to see almost all the pokemon in my game, goddamn it, I want a Zangoose and I can't get it on Emerald, so I have to talk to my little cousin and trade with him??

5) And I pretty much hate the whole anime. The only light in it is probably uh... Brock?
