what are Referrals?

well I was looking at my profile and I saw that I had this "Referrals: 2" so what is this? How do I get them and give them?

When someone else joins, they may put in their join form thing a member they were refered to the by, if any. Also, if you were refered to the site by someone and put their name in that place when you joined, that would count too.

thats cool......but who did I tell to come here? can I see who Refered sp? me? I don't think I've told anyone to come here, I tell people about SSPF but I don't tell them to become a member

Well if you tell them they'll probably join anyway. Two referrals is kinda impressive, but its all up to the people you talk to.
