Single or Double (or Multi, etc for Battle Tower)? 50 or Open Lvl? And there is no "best attack" it depends on your situation... In pyramid the first time round you want EQ... But the second you want Psychic probably... Then you want Water and Ghost...

Absolutely, like ~-=Mewtwo=-~ said, that depends (for the most part) on the situation. Earthquake is an excellent move, never misses and it's a personal favourite. However, it does nothing against flying types and if its a double battle... oh dear... Blaziken fainted.

A move I love is thunderbolt. It's not what anyone can call cheap (4000 coins! *$%!##4&/!!!) but the nice low chance of missing, added paralyisis effect and great effectiveness against quite a few totally unpleasant Pokemon make it my favourite (when I'm the one using it of course).

I like the good ol' standbys: Surf, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, etc.

However...

I chose Spark on my Lanturn for the PP, higher chance of Paralysis, and saving coins

And I prefer Dragonreath due to not wasting my Dragon Claw TM and the chance of paralysis.

And call me hax, but I like attract...Except when it's used on me >.> Always carry a mixed-sex party to the Frontier.

Back I guess??
yes, there isn´t THE BEST attack, there is always 3 or more resistances.
like earthquke: levitate/ flying/ dive.
ice beam: thick fat/steel/ice.
and the list continues...

there isn´t the best attack, there is good moveset, but this don´t mean that the pkemon is unbeatable

There isn't a best move to use just movesets like for me I use

;171;@Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Hydro Pump

;330;@ Lum Berry
Ability: Levitate
Fly
Crunch
Hyper Beam
DragonBreath

These 2 do it for me and get me through any challenge.

Depends on the situation. But staples of my Frontier movesets are Surf, Earthquake, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt and/or Ice Beam, and either Shadow Ball or Crunch. Status moves are also cool.

There is NEVER a 'best attack' in the Frontier. I, personally, am fond of Shadow Ball on Gengar, due to its added effect of lowering the opponent's Special Defense one level, and it dishes out mediocre damage, allowing me to strike back with Psychics, Thunderbolts, and Ice Punches.

Another attack I like is Magnitude. Sure, it may fail me at times with a Magnitude of 4, 5 or 6, but the PP usage is outstanding [30!!], the highest power being 150, higher than that of Earthquake, has the same effect [attacks all three Pokemon, except for some circumstances], and is deadly if against two Magneton or something.

My final favorite attack is Surf. It attacks both opponents - has an attack power of 95, and has a decent PP amount - 15. It's great for all Water-types with a high Special Attack, like Omastar and Lapras.

Absol!

As others have said, it depends on the situation, your Pokemon's type and, of course, the oponent Pokemon.

Thunderbolt is an awesome attack, but it does nothing against Ground and Rock-types. Psychic is great, but it does 0 damage against Dark-types.

See what I mean?

So your best bet is to create a great mooveset that compliments your Pokemon. Try to use mixes types in moves, such as not having all Electric-type moves on a Pokemon, others will come in handy, I assure you.

Well to stop resistances Brick Break and Shadow Ball together (best on Medicham I see...) have only a risistance to Normal/Ghost types which don't exist and BoltBeam work for special coverage of all but Magneton and Lunturns with Volt Absorb (Good on Starmie)...

Icy Wind

Pyramid King
My Heracross with Megahorn holding a Choice Band kills almost everything that's not resistant to it and it has a good accuracy for his power.

Spock

Live Long & Prosper
Thundabolt
Icebeam
Flamethrower
Psychic
Earthquake

Well, to me, there is no such thing as "Best Attack For Battle Frontier"

I have to admit, the Battle Frontier is hard but the only thing that could help you win the whole thing is strategy and a good team with different Attacks.

If you don't know which type is Super Effective against the other well...Good luck to you.

My way is to know the weakness of each Pokemon. For example, Chansey is weak against Fighting Types and Physical Attacks, and Special Attacks don't work well on Chansey.

Gardevoir with Hypnosis and Dreameater is awesome in my opinion!

he wanted the best move, not the best Pokemon and moveset!!

i think the last Pokemon improvements, abilities, made it tasting like dirty socks.the reason is the ability levitate.

u know ground is strong against posion.but with the ability levitate, strength of ground type is demolished versus posion Pokemon like koffing and weezing.

no one can tell me a good reason to give ability of levitate to koffing and weezing.

(dont think there i forgot magnemite okay?)
