What are the Trainer Tower prizes?

What all can you get from the Trainer Tower? And is there anything that determines what you get or is it just random?

I'm not sure, but I think that in SINGLE BATTLE Tower you can get Up-Grade. Also you'll find (or not, I don't know yet) Dragon Scale, but don't know where

 

[Golden Egg]

I think you get a Dragon Scale for winning Double battle.

 

[Freeze Knight]

The prizes are Metal Coat, Dragon Scale, Up-Grade and King's Rock IIRC.

I just did the single battle mode and received an upgrade. Does what mode you play determine what prize you get? Or is it random?

It depends on the mode as far as I can tell.

 

[lightspeed]

Single mode - Upgrade
Double mode - Dragon Scale
Knockout mode - metal coat
Mixed mode - Kings rock
