What are the "worst" pokémon?

I'm simply just asking what pokémon are either: an uninspired, lazy design choice, are not fun to encounter, are not even fun to use, and can't even have the stats or movepool to save their own skin.

Personally, I think pelipper is the worst offender; even if I misspelled his name here, I couldn't even bother with it because he's disgusting.

But what do you all think? Hot or not?

Unown because it’s useless outside of Violet City and battling Falkner if you have one with an Electric, Ice, or Rock Hidden Power. It is so weak and only has one move that isn’t necessary bad as it was widely used but rather weak on Unown due to its stats.
