When they were first anounced I laughed my head off at the idea of them going around and yelling at people. I think they'll be a bit like team skull you know very goofy stupid and not taken very Seriously

Kind of a cute concept, but I was really hoping for a straight to the point, no nonsense evil team.

Hard no.
I felt this way about Team Flare and they turned out to be garbage, the rest of the game looks promising but the villanious team not so much. We should have had a break from comedic villains and gotten another serious group. Right now they look like discount Team Skull, and I say that because none of them are misfits and outcasts nor do they have intriguing backstory. They just stole their punk look and colors, much like Flare ripoffed Team Magma's style and theme.

Hopefully the gen 9 villains can be a serious team again, I really hope 'goofy villain teams' don't become the new thing, like friend rivals.... blech.

yeah I don't know what it is gamefreak has against jerk rivals in my opinion blue was the best rival we got and team plasma was really good
