It depends on how you look at it, my Rayquayza is rare, but since you can get 1 in every game, it's not really that rare, so my rarest would be my shiny Beautifly which I caught in an Ultra Ball.

ok this isnt really mine but my friend had trouble catchin a rayquazza and asked me to help I walked up into it and it was shiny! I went crazy launching every kind of ball I could.Finally I was down to my last single weak pokeball....but I caught it in that =O so shiny ray Q in a pokeball

The rarest poémon I have is the pokémon I hate the most! Shining tentacool with Pokéball :/

The First and ONLY time this Tentacool was placed in my party it was to trade between Sapphire and emerald. If I knew anyone with Pokémon games near where I live I´d trade it with anything! even with a pokémon I have (well, I´d trade it with a porygon and an upgrade separeted...)

My rarest wasn't really "caught," per se. It's shiny Porygon2, and it's impossible to get a Porygon2 in anything other than a Poké Ball, so that's it.

My rarest of actual catches would probably be either shiny Hoppip or shiny Altaria, both in Luxury Balls.
