Emerald or colosseum?

My mother let me buy a new game if I had good grades, which I actually did. I'd like to choose diamond/pearl but it will take a long time to be realeased.

So I decided to buy Emerald or Pokémon Collosseum. But to play Collosseum I need to play in my neighbor's house.

So, what should I choose?

That is so easy to answer: Emerald. Between waking up and starting to play a Pokémon game and having to walk to a neighbor's house... For Yoshi's sake, what's the doubt?

Also, if your mom doesn't let you buy D/P if you buy Emerald then you should wait. It should be very lame to miss that awesome thing... Well, I hope it is an awesome thing.

OffTopic:Besides, you really should delete the post you made in the Germany 2006 topic posting your Emerald team. Since you don't have Emerald (people, I know this guy) it makes even less sense

Even if you had a Game Cube, I´d choose Emerald.

Well i think you already decided what game.... and yes Emerald is great! Besides DarkFurret brings up a good point, why bother playing at your friends when you can play at home?

Emerald has great after-game stuff to do, including the Battle Frontier which will keep you occupied for ages.

Emerald, Colosseum is lame. You will also be able to link up Emerald with D/P anyway.

Definately Emerald, you should get this one because it's better to have a game you can enjoy anytime, plus, Emerald was a lot better, maybe not with graphics, but trust me, the plot was better, IMO

I wouldn't really say that. It's the only legit way to get Ho-oh, an easy way to get the legendary dogs and various Johto Pokemon, a good TM obtaining game, and a way to get good hold items/pinch Berries if you need them. You could probably purchase Colosseum used for about $10 by now anyway.

Oh yeah, I didn't really metion that, but what im trying to say is what is the better game overall. Unless your a true pokemon fan, it's not all that great. Thanks for bringing that up BTW.

colloseum is a good game, but its worthless if ya cant play it. go with emerald until ya get a gcn
