What character do you use on Melee?

I can't believe there isn't a thread on this already.

This is a thread to post the character you use on SSBM, and why.

I use Kirby because of my technique. Basically, I stand on the edge of the course and suck, until my enemy tries to attack and ends upin my mouth. Then, I walk off the edge with them in my mouth, wait for them to escape, then float back up to safety. It works best on the Temple.

I use Samus, Peach, and Link the most.

Peach, for her umbrella attack

Samus, for her amazing projectiles

and Link, because he's good with everything, specially smashing

hmm I like Mecha Godzilla (or is it metal, I forgot)

But in SSBM I like Roy and Zelda. Zelda and Shiek have some nice long range, and Raoy with pure short range.

Yeah, I only use Pichu for his speed, and the fact that his battle pose makes him look likes he is having a seizure...which is kinda ironic if you think about it.

I like his down smash to suck them up, then thunder or up smash.

My friends thought pikachu was nothing but run around and thunder. I showed dem!!!!

Ganondorf. He kicks the competition everywhere. Plus, for such an 00ber strong character, he's decently fast when evading, making him somewhat broken. My favorite character.

I also like Samus, Mario and Captain Falcon. I've been leaning to Zelda/Sheik too.

Pichu for 1 on 1s, Young Link for free for alls. After that probably Ice Climbers or Mewtwo.

I usally use Roy but everynow and again I use Jigglypuff simple because everyone thinks he's weak and doesn't expect it when I smash their face in. Roy is the main guy though.

you use him? I can't stand him. I want to shoot him because he moves so slowly. I like captain falcon better than him. I primarily use Sheik/Zelda and Samus.

Usually, I would use Kirby, who's pretty much my signature character. But I also use Roy alot, and Marth.

I tend to use either Pichu or Luigi, but mostly Pichu because he is fast.

I like adult Link, Roy and Samus.

I alternate between Roy and Fox, depending on who I feel like using. I'm also pretty good with Kirby, so I use him every now and then as well.

I'm pretty good with any character. But my best ones are Pikachu, Pichu, Kirby, Young Link, Marth, Yoshi, Peach, and Zelda.

I use Link and Young Link. I like it how they have so many different attacks.
