what do u do with the Dome or Helix Fossil??

When you get to Cinnabar Island, there's a sort of Oval shaped building. Go in there and walk all of the way down the hallway to the last door. Inside there should be what looks like a computer lab with a scientist standing by a big machine in the upper right hand corner. Go talk to him and he will say something like, "OH you have brought fossils for me!" then you pick Dome/Helix fossil on the small list that pops up and he will tell you to come back later for it. When you pick it up the Dome fossil will be Kabuto and the Helix fossil would be Omanyte (sp?)

Exactly what ShyPikachu said, but you can also get amber, which is located in the old mansion on Cinnabar. (the amber turns into an Aerodactyl from taking it to the same place as the Helix and Dome fossils)

Go to cinnaber island and take it to the sceintest, he will make it into a ancient pokemon.

P.S. The amber is not in the cinibar mansion! It is found in the back door of Pewter City Museum!

You can only get one of them. But if you have the possibility of trading, you can obtain the other PKMN that way.
