Then you have to go to Cerulean Cave. Just fly to Cerulean, go up the bridge, surf down and hit the land, go inside the cave and make your way to Mewtwo.

Catch 60 Pokemon
PAWN the E4
Talk to Oak so that you get the Natinol Dex
Get the Ruby inside the volcano you caught Moltrase in
Talk to Cleio he gives you a new boat ticket that takes you anywhere from 1-7 Islaind
Go to 4 Island help Lorlie beat Team Rocket out of Icefall cave
Now go to 5 island try to enter the ware house you cant so go back to the boat and go to 6 island now if you mangage to compleat the psuzzle in the dotted hole that weird cave thing you should see a rock thing a scintest steals it.
Go back to 5 island and enter the ware house and finish get the sapphire back by compleating the puzzle and beating the guy that took it from you
Go back to 1 island talk to Cleio he suould be finxing it go out of the Pokemon Center and go back in talk to him and you can now trade with R/S/E and catch Mewtwo Now go to the Cerulean Cave you should be able to go in catch Mewtwo in there...
