A recolor, but with dragonair's balls. It's not much of a mix, but at least it isn't aweful. The transfering of shades (which can be hard for some people) is clearly not for you. There is nothing worse than a 2-D sprite gone wrong. However, to make it more of a mix, try adding Dragonair's ears, eyes, or recolor milotic to resemble dragonair. Not bad though, Definitely not bad!

That is a Dewgong tail, isn't it? You may then want to consider flipping the tail the other way and editing the face and hair to see more of the face. And get a mod to delete the other two threads you have illegally started. Thanks!

That does look MUCH better! Very good! The whole sprite is seen alright, but the tail still seems a little off to me...........I really can't place it.......oh well. Maybe it's ok really. Anywhoo, keep it up! And try not to get frusturated with constructive criticism!!!

Believe it or not, MS Paint's tools do not have a set tool size. By first making sure num lock is on (activating the numeral keypad), holding down ctrl and plus will make the brush/line larger/thicker, and holding down ctrl and minus will make it smaller.
This works with the eraser tool, the line tool, the pencil, the brush (all shapes), the spraycan, the curved line tool, and on the shape tools (but only on the options with borders).
Recolor
Also a little-known fact about MS Paint, the color replacer is located in the eraser tool. To use it, set the foreground color for the color you wish to replace (the only color you want the new color to show up on), and the background color to the color you want it to be replaced with. Then, right-click and it will only draw on the color you want it to.
To try this, draw a few black squiggles on the white drawing area first, then set the foreground (left-click) to white and the background (right-click) to red. Right-click and draw around and on the squiggles. They should have remained black, but the white behind them [wherever you drew] became red.

Yes I use MS paint
It's not even a real mix, its just a recolored Milotic with Dewgong's tail and Dragonair's balls (That sounded so wrong)
in the new one you have light coming from two different sources
one is coming from the upper right going onto the tail
and the other is the upper left going onto Milotic
I suggest you read a few tutorials
