Save as PNG, not JPG, take out all the white space, and center the name. Other than that there isn't really much to critique since it's just a basic trainer card o_O.

Really good for your first. I have some suggestions though. The boxes the Pokemon are in look better (in my opinion) when they are left white. I also think you should have left out the ID number. There's also a strip of white at the bottom that needs colored in. Lastly, the font doesn't look right. Is it the Ruby/Sapphire font? Still, really good for your first.
