For Houndoom, Will-O-Wisp over Shadow Ball, and hmmmm... Substitute over Sludge Bomb.

Don't use Psychic on Starmie.

Until you post natures and held items, the movesets seems fine...

You'll have major problems taking hits, especially special hits.
