Let me explain it more. You vote for who gets a say. Like...

Spongebob: Pres. with 300 votes
Ash: VP with 123 votes
Sephiroth: Secretary with 2 votes
Mr. Krabs: Treasurer unanimously

Yes, video game characters count as cartoon characters.

Now that I explained it more, what do you think. 4 positions, 2 people running for each. Usually an idiot and someone bad. Example: Spongebob vs dick dastardly, mr krabs vs hamburgler, etc.
