Wow... your team REALLY needs fixing.

On Sceptile, get hid of everything except leaf blade. NEVER use hyper beam, it wastes your next turn and Sceptile's attack isn't the greatest. Try a special sweeping sceptile like:

Sceptile
Timid/modest nature
~Leafblade
~Crunch
~Ice punch or any elemental punch it learns
~HP special
You could also use substitute and leech seed in there, too. Remember, leech seed and crunch are illegal.

Don't put two psychic moves on Espeon. Seriously. Anyway, you can use espeon as a baton passer or as a special sweeper.
Baton passer:
Calm nature
~Calm mind
~Psychic
~Substitute
~Baton pass
Special sweeper:
Calm/modest nature
~Sunnyday
~Morning sun
~HP Fire
~Psychic

A typhlosion with all fire attacks? No good. Now, i did train a typhlosion to lv.100 on gold, but it had a horrible moveset. Try this moveset though i don't know how good it is:
??? Nature
~Sunnyday
~Flamethrower
~Thunderpunch
~Earthquake

Flygon's more of a physical based pokemon, so maybe:
Adamant nature
~Earthquake
~Fireblast (It covers its 4x ice weakness)
~Return
~Sandstorm or whatever

I like Gorebyys. I have one on my mono water team on Emerald. It makes a great baton passer:
Bold nature
~Iron defense
~Amnesia
~Baton pass
~Surf
Of course, you could replace iron defense or amnesia with agility.

Salamence could be used as a physical or a special sweeping pokemon.
Physical:
Adamant nature
~Earthquake
~Dragon dance
~Aerial ace
~Rockslide
So, just replace return with rockslide if you want this version.

Special: (I think this version's called "Elemence")
Modest nature
~Flamethrower
~Hydro pump
~Crunch
~Dragon claw

Yeah, so those are my suggestions. My movesets aren't the best, but there fine for an ingame team. Finding the right hp will be VERY difficult, though.

Thanks for the info, I just have one small problem..... I cant get all my pokemon to learn all those moves. My Gorebys was a Baton Passes but would faint before i could ever use Baton Pass So I turned it into a special sweeper. Espeons Psybeam is getting changed as soon as it learns Morning Sun (they are all level 50....) I was going to replace OverHeat on Typhlosion with Thunderpunch when i got enough battle points to buy it to teach it.... I am actually using Flygon as a filler untill I can think of something better to use in its place. I like Return on Salamence cause mine love for me is maxxed out so after one Dragon Dance it KOs the Opponents. Im going to Replace Sceptile with Chikarita as soon as i get a female one so I can breed my Sceptile with it to pass some of its moves down. I am also thinking of replacing Gorebys with Starmie so I can teach it Ice Beam Psychic Thunder and Rain Dance (I never had to use the TM29 I have fount). I dont Shark or Ar i dont believe in it, thats my own special preference. So I cant obtain all the muiltiple TMs i want.

Mines current natures are Salamence-Adamant
Sceptile-Mild
Gorebys-Modest
Flygon-Brave
Typhlosion-Modest
Espeon-Timid.

Baton passer:
Calm nature
~Calm mind
~Psychic

~Baton pass

Special sweeper: Not without custom HPs
Calm/modest nature
~Sunnyday
~Morning sun
~HP Fire
~Psychic

~FP/Reversal

Blaziken's better IMO, but I'm biased.

Flygon's more of a physical based pokemon, so maybe:
Adamant nature
~Earthquake
~Fireblast (It covers its 4x ice weakness)
~Return
~Rock Slide

~Dragon claw I've used elemence, and ingame it works, but physical will help you win more quickly.

Yeah, so those are my suggestions. My movesets aren't the best, but there fine for an ingame team.
Custom HPs are annoying to get ingame.

Starmie
Modest
-Surf
-TB
-IB
-Recover

Rain Dance will just waste a turn where Starmie can get destroyed.

Well I mean its not like I am going up against anyone super strong.... The only person I have to battle is my roomate and he is like a serebii God he follows everything according to the stuff on this site.... and I still whoop his butt.... considerably.... he doesnt like to battle me anymore... the only thing I get to battle is the colosseum stuff. They are relitivly easy at least for me. My roomie has problems with it. I know when i go for an all out power offence on those games i kick booty..... but when i try to comprimise and do baton passers and other things I get out faster than i dont know what.

Uh well Like everyone else I think that your team needs lots of help

Sceptile
Giga Drain
Solar Beam
Leaf Blade
Hyper Beam

sceptile - i agree with everone else- hyper beam- bad 3 grass moves-worse

Espeon
Psychic
morning sun
Calm Mind
Hidden Power fire

I think that this is good enough

Typhlosion
Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Overheat

NO GO WITH EVERY OTHER MOVESET EVERYONE ELSE HAS SAID AS OVERHEAT DESTROYS THIS STARTEGY WITH THIS FORMULA- overheat-lovers sp.atk by 2 levels, fire attacks use sp.atk, YOU HURT YOUR OWN STRATEGY

Flygon
Earthquake
Fly
Crunch
Secret Power

AGAIN GO WITH ALL OF THE OTHER MOVESETS

Gorebys
Amnesia
Surf
Ise Beam/Iron defense/baton pass
PsychicIron defense/baton pass

Salamence
Earthquake
Ariel Ace
Dragon Dance
fire blast

Well i have to say...

1 your salamence's MS is the best one you have

2 your roomate is a really bad battler

I have somewhat improved my team, It then was not quite yet complete. I took Gorebys completly off cause it sucked to the max about taking hits. I replaced Flygon. Am still working on getting Battle Points to get some moves. I kinda had to take a break from the game. I replaced Sceptile..... um this is it now.

All are level 50
Salamence Adamant Natured
Ability: Intimidate
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Return
Ariel Ace

Typhlosion Modest Natured
Ability: Blaze
Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Overheat (want to replace this with Thunderpunch)

Espeon Timid Natured (Im prolly going to end up replacing this with either Metagross or Gardevoir)
Ability: Syncronize
Psychic
Calm Mind
Hidden Power (Electric)
Psybeam (Will replace this with Morning Sun)

Milotic Modest Natured
Ability: Marvel Scale
Surf
Mirror Coat
Hydro Pump (I want something different here im not sure what tho)
Ice Beam

Meganium Mild Natured
Ability: Overgrow
Body Slam
Solar Beam
Giga Drain
Reflect

Aerodactyl Lonely Natured
Ability: Pressure
Earthquake
Ancient Power (Will most likly replace with Rock Slide but also like the boost you can gain from this move.)
Fly
Iron Tail

I am not sure of thier EVs I really dont quite understand Evs fully. All I know is you keep battling the same pokemon that give the same EP then when you level up your stats will go up alot.
