Wow... your team REALLY needs fixing.
On Sceptile, get hid of everything except leaf blade. NEVER use hyper beam, it wastes your next turn and Sceptile's attack isn't the greatest. Try a special sweeping sceptile like:
Sceptile
Timid/modest nature
~Leafblade
~Crunch
~Ice punch or any elemental punch it learns
~HP special
You could also use substitute and leech seed in there, too. Remember, leech seed and crunch are illegal.
Don't put two psychic moves on Espeon. Seriously. Anyway, you can use espeon as a baton passer or as a special sweeper.
Baton passer:
Calm nature
~Calm mind
~Psychic
~Substitute
~Baton pass
Special sweeper:
Calm/modest nature
~Sunnyday
~Morning sun
~HP Fire
~Psychic
A typhlosion with all fire attacks? No good. Now, i did train a typhlosion to lv.100 on gold, but it had a horrible moveset. Try this moveset though i don't know how good it is:
??? Nature
~Sunnyday
~Flamethrower
~Thunderpunch
~Earthquake
Flygon's more of a physical based pokemon, so maybe:
Adamant nature
~Earthquake
~Fireblast (It covers its 4x ice weakness)
~Return
~Sandstorm or whatever
I like Gorebyys. I have one on my mono water team on Emerald. It makes a great baton passer:
Bold nature
~Iron defense
~Amnesia
~Baton pass
~Surf
Of course, you could replace iron defense or amnesia with agility.
Salamence could be used as a physical or a special sweeping pokemon.
Physical:
Adamant nature
~Earthquake
~Dragon dance
~Aerial ace
~Rockslide
So, just replace return with rockslide if you want this version.
Special: (I think this version's called "Elemence")
Modest nature
~Flamethrower
~Hydro pump
~Crunch
~Dragon claw
Yeah, so those are my suggestions. My movesets aren't the best, but there fine for an ingame team. Finding the right hp will be VERY difficult, though.
