What do you think of the DS?

I'm thinking about buying one. I just want some thoughts before I make my final decision.

Buy it. Its a great system that will eventually have a large arsenal of games worth playing.

And the ones that do not are blessed with that fact. MKDS on touch screen? Ya right. If I recall correctly, ACWW is the only game that can be run on completely on Touch Screen or D-Pad.

I hate my DS at the moment, all the games I have (AC:WW, MKDS, Nintendogs and SMDS) have become boring and the novelty of the touch screen wore off after about 2 days. I hope D/P saves it from the bin.

DS sucks,I bought a PSP,before the DS Lite,the regular DS sales were up but Sony came back,when they did Nintendo created the Micro which was useless and failed,I stuck with my SP,but its your decesion.Also a touch screen is gay,I think in Super Monkey Ball or whatever,at the title screen,the monkey constantly said "touch me"!Pretty gay.

It depends. Do want a lagful multi-media system with many flaws? Get PSP

Want a system with good games and decent graphics? Get DS

I, personally, love the DS. Of course, it's your final decision on if you want to buy it or not.

DS is a great console that contains many great Nintendo Classics, and even some that are being made fresh. The DS Lite made everything better and improved on what the original DS was lacking.

DS: if you want great games and Wi Fi and even some friendship things to do

PSP: Movies, multimedia, music, games are what you get for nearly twice the DS price.

My question for you is: What do you want? (works all the time)

KCC only uses the Touch Screen, no buttons.

What I meant is that you do not need to use both at the same time. ACWW, you can go through the entire game without touching the touch screen, likewise with the D-Pad and buttons.

you should buy it... its a great system with a nice selection of games (coming soon... the games out now are not so exciting)... but if i were you, i would go for the DS Lite instead... it has better battery life i think...

I own a psp and a DS.Both are great systems.PSP of course has better graphics and the media comes in handy at times but, the wifi games you can play on a DS are much more fun then psp games.And if your planing on buying D/P you should get it.One last thing , if your gonna get a ds make sure its a lite because theres a huge screen brightness and weight difference between a lite and orginal.
