• Hi all. We have had reports of member's signatures being edited to include malicious content. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and we can find no indication that the forums themselves have been compromised.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

What does the internal battery do to shiny rate?

I looked it up on bulbapedia, and it appears it has nothing to do with shinys, seeing that the glitch only effects time based events.

I wasn't even there.
My guess is that it could mess up the RNG, making RNGing Shinies harder, but that's just a random guess, so don't take my word for it.
