What does PokeRus do?
I heard that it can spread to other Pokemon in the Team... Is that right?

Pokerus are very rare that can be only caught if you're battling against wild pokemon. Yeah, it does help with your EVs training. It'll stay with your pokemon for 2 days (I think), then it'll replace with the black dot on the bottom of your pokemon.
