I'd like to see a Castform which can evolve into one orf three things depending on what form its in.

I like your plan, but it'd require Castform being able to change type in a sandstorn and in fog. I have an idea of what each one will be:

Level 30 in the Sun: Flarecast
Ability: Drought
Type: Fire

Level 30 in Rain: Dampcast
Ability: Drizzle
Type: Water

Level 30 in a Sandstorm: Sandcast
Ability: Sand Stream
Type: Rock

Level 30 in Hail: Icecast
Ability: Snow warning
Type: Ice

Level 30 in fog: Zapcast
Ability: Low-Pressure (Summons a Thunderstorm when in battle)
Type: Water-Electric
And A thunderstorm would heal Electric types and do damage against all other types, Boosts the accuracy of Hydro Pump to 100, Raise the power of Electric moves, and cancels out Ground's electric Immunity.

Also, I think there should be a "Dudduo", being the form in-between diglett and Dugtrio.

I think we'll all agree when I say Pachirisu needs an evolution. its not necessarily as weak as many people say it is (I know, because I've used one in-game) but it would benefit from an evolution greatly. another few Pokémon in need of evolutions are Noctowl, Quagsire, and Cherrim.

as for pre-evolutions, I think Misdreavus should have a little baby ghost form. :3

Aerodactyl: Well, i don't think many people think that this guy needs one, but every poke deserves an improvement, right? Maybe a... nope. it can stay the same type.
Bannete: Why not? Dusklops got a new evo >.< why not bannete? i think nintendo hurt bannete's feelings and make it unique. like a ghost/fire type?
Eevee!: I can't wait till it can go into all types all it needs now is... Rock, Steel, Ground, Bug, Flying, Dragon, Ghost, Poison, and a Fighting type. can't wait till that happens!

Well, i would like to see:

A Pinsir evo/pre-evo
A Heracross evo/pre-evo
A Jynx evo (since they've got Electivire and Magmortar who were awesome)
An Absol pre-evo
A Pachirisu evo
A Banette evo (because of Dusclops getting Dusknoir)

There are probably a lot more as i love new evos and pre evos but i can't think of any more right now

I was intending to search for a topic about new POkemon types but when I came across this, I couldn't refuse. Yes there's certain Pokemon that I think deserve another evolution or preevolution.

Altaria (needs evolution, considered the weakest evolved dragon)
Volbeat (Inferior to Plusle)
Illumise (Inferior to Minun)
Torkoal (probably both evolution and preevolution)
Marowak (needs another evolution: Stronger stats in speed and special defense but weaker defense, I've always thought it could look more dino-like and maintain Cubone's skull)
Eevee (room for other types like Ground, Ghost, Dragon, LIGHT, PLASMA, and others)
Kangaskhan (needs a preevolution...like that baby it always carries around)
Magcargo (Needs evolution...still sucks and could use an ability similar to Rhyperior)
Delibird (Completely inferior to Articuno, needs evolution)
Chimecho (Terrible PSYCHIC where others are better with Levitate)
Female Murkrow (I would personally call it Murkrich...an even bigger witch like bird with witch beaks and glowy eyes)

i really like your idea of Thunderstorm and the Castform evos- which would be a welcome addition to any Rain,Sun,Sandstorm or Hail based teams. But T-storm would definitely bring some interesting Electric based teams.

The only evo I really want is a pre-evo for Kangashkan. But that's only because we already see it. It's been there since the first generation, mocking us, taunting us...
