What happens if...

What will happen if I give my pokemon a coice band to hold and something uses torment on it. It can't use different moves, but with torment you have to. What happens?

I saw this strategy in Factory, Mr.Mime holding Choice band uses Trick, then it uses Torment.

Yeh some ******* with a kecleon did that to me Not sure if it used torment but it was something that ****** me off.

Encore then Torment does that as well, or Encore on a non-attacking move and then Taunt. Also Encore or Choice Band then Disable.
