after you use pal park to transfer your pokemon from 3rd gen to 4th gen, what happens to your team in the 3rd gen games?

i know it disappears, but do you just walk around with no pokemon?

They made it so you can't take your Party Pokemon away and you also cannot transfer Pokemon with HM moves.

No, since it takes the Pokemon in your PC.
