one day i has playing pokemon emerald when celebi appeared....

i catch him... then i gonne to bathroom and my cousin with 7years old turned off the power and he doesn't saved the game.... i've lost celebi

Even if you really found Celibi why wouldn't you save the game. The nanosecond after the battle scene with something as rare as a Celbi being caught should result in a save.

I don't really know anything about the Celibi glitch. I don't know what to believe because it is impossible to provide proof of it.
