What is a good Ruby/Emerald team??

I want to start a new file on one of these games and I want to have a good team. Any suggestions? Please no pokemon that can only be obtained by trading or a gameshark/action replay.

Alright... If youre gunna do THAT kinda thread... atleast have about 3 pokemon with some kind of moveset for them to have a basis for people to help you with. No one feels like building you a whole team
