Hardy does nothing so that ins't a good one for Blaziken..

But for Speed take Jolly = +Spd. , -Spc. Att

Adamant is good = +Att. , -Spc. Att.
and if you don't wanna low the Special Attack Chose
Naughty = +Att. , -Spc. Def.

Well, mine is an Adamant one. If you wanna a really fast one, choose Jolly (lower Sp.Atk), Naive (lower Sp.Def) or a Hasty one (lower Def). Well, my Adamant Blaziken is fast enough, just make sure you EV trained it well if you use it for BF.

I'd choose Adamant,make it a physical sweeper.If you want it to be fast choose Jolly.
For its fire attack give it Overheat.

I have Jolly on my Blaziken and it could pwn alot of things. If you want speed Jolly however it reduces special attack. I think it also may increse Attack.

No nature increases or decreases two stats at once.

Jolly: +Speed, -Special Attack.

for a speedy blaziken, use hasty. even though it lowers defense, you won't want to lose any of that awesome atk or sp. atk. If you want less sp. def, go with naive, altough i don't recommend it because of psychics and waters that will be used to counter it. I use a mild blaziken, and make up for the lost defense with EV training.
