uh... choice band is the item you can buy at the battle park. give it to scizor and you have a CB Scizor! tho it'd be good to have a good moveset with it.

This is rather obvious, i suppose, but i'll say it anyway, because nobody else has yet. A choice band increases the attack stat by 50% with the setback of only being able to use 1 move until said pokemon is switched out. The following is just so I can put it in my signature, because I need something there. Only a truly skilled person can win with a Choice Scarf Smeargle on a Baton Pass team.

No. But It normally has 4 physical attacking moves, for example Bullet Punch, X-Scissor, Aerial Ace and Fake Out (if the ability is technician).
