In Ranger.Net you are able to accept special missions such as to do with Legendaries. You are also able to put in the Manaphy code. But no one knows what the code is.
It is where you play specials missions, when you clear the 10 first missions in the game, it appears, and in this thread there is another option of the Ranger Net, but solving the password anyone can do it.
